
Sweet tender corn on the cob made in the Pressure Cooker.
Husk the corn on the cob and remove the silk
Place trivet on the bottom of the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Stack three ears of corn going one way. Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Add the remaining three ears of corn, add butter, salt, and pepper.
Add the water and milk into the inner pot. Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Press the pressure cook button, making sure it's on high pressure. Adjust the time to 2 minutes. Make sure that the release valve is set to sealing.
Once the pressure cooker is done cooking do a natural release for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid from the Instant Pot and remove the corn to a plate and enjoy.
This recipe can be done in either a 6 quart or an 8 quart Instant Pot.
It will take about 10 minutes for the Instant Pot to come to pressure before it starts cooking.
