Buttery cookies with the perfect combination of semi-sweet chocolate chips and M&M's. This cookie recipe bakes up soft with crisp edges.
Preheat oven to 375℉, prepare baking sheets with either cooking spray or liners.
In a large bowl cream together the room temperature butter and sugars. Once these are creamed together add one egg in at a time until both eggs are combined into the butter mixture.
Mix in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Carefully add the sifted dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until all are combined..
Fold in with a spoon the M&M's and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Scoop out the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet about 1-2 inches apart. I use a cookie scoop to get two inch size cookies. Place the reserved M&M's ontop of the scooped cookie, pushing them into the dough.
Bake in the preheated 375℉ for 15 minutes or until done. Baking time will vary depending on the oven and size of the cookies.
The nutritional value may vary depending on the ingredients used.
