
This simple, soft, and delicious peanut butter blondies recipe is easy to make and rich in peanut butter flavor.
Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray a 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the room temperature butter and firmly packed brown sugar until well blended. Add the vanilla extract in.
Mix in the peanut butter until well blended. Then add one egg at a time until blended.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Slowly mix in the sifted flour mixture into the creamed butter mixture until all the flour is combined.
Spread the peanut butter blondie batter out into the prepared 9x13 baking dish. Making sure the batter is evenly distributed in the baking dish. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts and peanut butter chips on top of the batter. You may want to press the peanuts and peanut butter chips down into the batter some.
Bake in the preheated 350℉ for 30-40 minutes or until the center of blondies is done. Check with a toothpick, if come out clean then they are done.
Cool completely cut and enjoy.
Creamy peanut butter can be changed for crunchy.
I used a glass baking dish, if using a metal baking dish baking time may vary.
