
Make Valentine's day extra special by making this easy cookie recipe. Grab that red velvet box of cake mix and white chocolate chips to make some delicious cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 ℉
In a large bow or the bowl of a stand mixer add in the cake mix, oil, and room temperature eggs. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Using a rubber spatula fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips, reserving the ½ cup.
Using a cookie scoop or scooping 2 tablespoons of cookie dough out onto a prepared cookie sheet pan.
Place the reserved ¼ cup of white chocolate chips on top of the scooped cookie dough.
Place the cookie sheet pan into a preheated 350 ℉ oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Or until the tops of the cookies look set.
Remove the cookie sheet pan from oven and allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
