Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut the chicken breast into bit size chunks and place into slow cooker.
Wash and cut potatoes in half, add into the slow cooker with the chicken.
Add in the minced garlic and all the seasonings. Toss the chicken and potatoes with the minced garlic and seasoning until well coated.
