Pan-seared steak bites coated in a garlic butter sauce.
Add the olive oil into a large skillet. Heat the skillet and olive oil on high heat. Making sure that the olive oil is hot, add the steak bites into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the sirloin in the hot skillet for 2 minutes without stirring. This will give the steak bites a nice first sear to them. Continue cooking the steak bites for another 3-4 minutes or until the desired doness.
Remove meat from the skillet into a bowl.
Turn the heat to the skillet down to medium-low. Add the butter into the skillet and melt the butter.
Once butter is melted add in the fresh garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until garlic becomes aromatic and starts to brown. This will take about 30 seconds. Add in the fresh chopped parsley.
Add the steak bites back into the skillet with the butter. Stir the garlic butter and steak bites together making sure to coat all the steak.
Serve and enjoy.
Cook the steak in batches so as not to crowd the skillet.
Careful not to overcook the steak or it will become tough.
