Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Reese's peanut butter cup brownies are fudgy brownies with chunks of Reese's peanut butter cups. These super moist dessert bars are a must try.

We love brownies in this house and we also love Reese's peanut butter cups. So why not combine a couple of our favorite treats?

These Reese's peanut butter cup brownies didn't stand a chance with my family.

I have been thinking of a way to make my fudge brownies even better then I thought. What goes better with chocolate than peanut butter?

So I grabbed the Jiff and the ingredients I would need to make my fudge brownies.

I knew I wanted more than just a peanut butter flavored brownie, I was thinking of chunks inside of the brownies.

That would be taken care of with Mini Reese's peanut butter cups that I cut in half and peanut butter chips.

Homemade Fudge Brownies

Bowl of peanut butter, vanilla extract, sugar, eggs, butter, baking chocolate, flour, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips.

The best brownies, in my opinion, are homemade and take a little bit of time to make. These Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Brownies will take a couple of steps to make but are worth the time you put into making them.

In a saucepan, I melt 1 cup butter, 1-ounce unsweetened baking chocolate, 1-ounce Semi-Sweet baking chocolate, and 2 ounces of German baking chocolate.

Once that is all melted I remove the saucepan from the stove. Adding to the melted butter and chocolate the peanut butter first.

The warmth of the butter mixture will help melt the peanut butter.

With the peanut butter melted into the butter mixture, add 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1 ⅔ cup flour. Making sure all is mixed well.

With everything combined, I folded in the peanut butter chips and mini Reese's cups.

Then pour the batter into a 9x13 prepared (sprayed with cooking spray)  baking pan place into a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until done.

Let cool before cutting. Makes 12 delicious brownies.
