Have you been searching for the best Blondie Brownies recipe with no luck? Today is your lucky day because I'm sharing with you the best Blonde Brownies ever.
These Blonde Brownies are the simplicity of any classic bar recipe. The best part is they are very simple to make and taste incredible.
Blondie brownies are a sweet dessert bar that has a caramel-like taste to them. Topped with chocolate chips and maybe even walnuts or the perfect dessert recipe.
How to make Blondie Brownies
To get started in my kitchen aid mixer I creamed together 2 Cups of brown sugar, ⅔ cups softened butter.
Once that is blended well, add to the sugar and butter mixer 2 slightly beaten eggs (I put my eggs in a plastic cup and break them up with a fork first) and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix all these ingredients together.
In a separate bowl sift together 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ baking soda.
I normally sift the flour when I'm baking to help add fluffiness to my baked goods. Sifting these ingredients will remove any clumps that may be in the baking powder or baking soda.
Of course, there is no need to shift this is just my preference but I do recommend it.
This is what your batter will look like once all ingredients are mixed together. It tends to be a sticker batter so you will have to really work at it to smooth it in the baking dish.
What Temperature Do You Bake Blonde Brownies At
Using a 9 x 13 baking dish I spray it with cooking spray. The oven has been preheating to 350℉. Once all the ingredients are mixed together I put the batter into the prepared baking dish.
I should note that I use a glass baking dish when I make my blondies, a metal one may change the baking time a bit.
Sprinkle the top of the batter with chocolate chips, use as much as or as little as you want. You can also change it up here and add Mini M & M's.
The Blonde Brownies will need to bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the brownies.
Delicious Blonde Brownies
Once the brownies are baked let cool slightly and enjoy along with a nice cold glass of milk.
A quick tip: since these brownies are made with brown sugar they will need to be covered if they are not consumed right away.
In my opinion, these are the best type of brownies there are. I have asked for these instead of cake for my birthday in the past.
And in my house, they don't last but a couple of days so make sure to save one for your self before they are all gone.
Our toffee blondies are also a big hit with the kids. Our toffee blondies are coated with chocolate and sprinkled with toffee bits for an over the top dessert bar recipe.
I warned you they were the best Blonde Brownies around~ Jenny
