Bowls filled with Snickers Apple Salad

Easy to put together Snicker's Apple Salad. Made with only a few ingredients of, whipping cream, pudding, Snickers candy bar, and apples.

This jello salad is the perfect appetizer or dessert recipe to take to any potluck or family gathering you might have. We like to enjoy this recipe with Christmas and Easter dinner.

Bowls filled with Snickers Apple Salad

Like most kids mine love anything jello or pudding related, they love my Raspberry Cranberry Jello Salad. Keeping this in mind, I was thinking about all those different whipped salads there are on Pinterest.

Then I got thinking about having a similar salad to this recipe once at a family gathering and I figured the kids would love it.  Once I thought about the ingredients it was rather easy to put together.

Ingredients needed:

Cool Whip (I used a 16-Ounce Size)

French Vanilla Instant Pudding (3.4 ounces)

Snickers Candy Bar (I used 3)

Granny Smith Apples (2 large)

Caramel to drizzle over top for an added touch of sweetness

Two bowls filled with Snickers Apple Salad

How To Make Snicker's Apple Salad

I started by chopping two apples up into bite-sized chunks. Then I took two Snicker's candy bars and cut them into chunks as well. I feel that it's best to have smaller chunks to make room for all the ingredients in one spoonful. In a large bowl add the thawed cool whip.

Fold into that cool whip the instant French Vanilla pudding. The pudding will give it the color and add the perfect amount of vanilla flavor to the cool whip.

Once the pudding is all the way incorporated into the cool whip I folded in the chunks of apples and Snickers. Folding until all the apples and candy were nicely covered with the French vanilla cool whip. Drizzle with a bit of caramel sauce for added garnish.

You can serve right away or place covered in the refrigerator. This salad won't last long because your family will be sure to eat it all. I feel this is the perfect side dish for any holiday like Easter or Thanksgiving.

Or as a dessert for a nice little treat after a long day. We hope you enjoy Snicker's apple salad as much as we do. Thank you for stopping by My Creative Manner!
